My previous employer did not remit my sss contribution. what should i do?

ive been employed for one year. that whole year, there was a deduction on my salary for sss contribution., but i found out the there's no remittance from my employer to the sss.|||Hey bro, do you still have your payslips from that company? Cause it will be your best evidence that you have a deduction from your salary.

You can show it to your employer or even to the SSS or DOLE.

And incase you dont have your payslips, then try to talked to your former employer, they might double checked your record and hope that they take immediate action for this. I know it will take your time but still you have to manually work this thing for a better solution.

or you could directlly go to SSS for they might have a better suggestion for this..

Hope sooner this thing end in a good, fair way.

godbless!|||Take your pay stubs and w2 to your local ss office.
