What will i do if my employee deducted my salary for sss but did not remit it to sss?

Since you are an employee of this company they reserved the right to file your sss remittances under their own volition or agreed time due to the fact you are obviously not the only employee of the company. So in this manner, it take lots of time for the company to file your remittances and other employees for sss remittances. You can also inquired to other employee of the company or your colleagues there if their sss contribution is also remitted by the company. If not then you should file a complaint to the bureau of the sss department for them to file a case against your company policy. But it is much better you have the number not just you who would file this case against your company.

The legal department of the sss would informed your company to remit the appropriate amount of each employees otherwise the government would file a case against the company you are now working on.
