How can i claim my PF where my employers has not remitted the last 2 months of my contribution?

I have left my job on 31st March '09. My attested PF form is with the employer. They have not remitted the last 2 months of my contribution to the PF dept. I need my PF urgently. Is there a way i can get my PF directly from the PF dept without involving my uncooperative employer?|||dunno
